Reach My World is committed to development of creative approaches to motivate, train, encourage, and support users to share the Christian gospel.

We are building a subscription-based coaching platform for relational evangelism. Designed to inspire and equip ordinary Christians to connect with and pray for up to five non-Christians in their sphere of influence, helping them discover Jesus. Everything we create is grounded in Scripture, shaped by grace, and built to honor the journey of every person our users reach.

We are seeking a talented communicator to write and shape content for our coaching platform. One's primary focus is two types of content: training, support & encouragement material to equip Christians in their relationships, and shareable content that speaks to people who don't yet know Jesus. Each requires a different touch: one calls for depth and biblical grounding, the other for warmth and accessibility that doesn't assume shared belief.

One will report to the Production Manager and work closely with our small production team.

• Write high volume of short-form original content for the platform, including support content, training modules, encouragement pieces, and user-shareable content
• Match the tone, voice, and theological ethos of the Invitation Project across all content
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to ensure content serves user needs and platform goals
• Revise and refine content based on team feedback and user testing

• Must be a dedicated Christian and willing to sign a statement of faith
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure, non-compete agreement.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate spiritual content clearly and warmly
• Experience writing for digital platforms, curricula, devotionals, or ministry content
• Strong theological foundation and comfort handling Scripture with care and accuracy
• Ability to write for a general audience; accessible without being shallow
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to give and receive editorial feedback
• Capable & comfortable with using AI in workflow for editing & writing
