Junior project manager

Our  Digital Department  is looking for a  Junior Project Manager  to join our team working on  CGI and AI-driven productions  within the  fashion and luxury industry .

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills across  CGI, AI, and post-production  workflows

• Ability to support the team in  planning, scheduling, and coordination  of creative projects

• Strong communication and follow-up attitude with  3D artists, AI designers, and art directors

• Familiarity with  production tools  such as Milanote, Frame.io

• Curiosity and willingness to learn the full  CGI and AI production pipeline

• Passion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Requirements:

• Minimum  2 years of experience  in a similar role or production assistant position

• Background or strong interest in  CGI / AI / post-production / digital content

• English proficiency  (Italian not required)

• Willingness to  relocate to Milan  for a full-time, on-site position
