Position: Textile Designer – Home Textiles
About Us Weavetex India is a manufacturer and exporter of home textile products including throws, cushions, rugs, and other décor items, supplying customers across Europe, the US, and Latin America. We focus on trend-driven collections, strong product development, and reliable execution.

Role Overview We are looking for a  Textile Designer  who can create original designs, develop CADs, and contribute to building commercially strong collections. The role involves studying international market trends, preparing design proposals, and working closely with merchandising and sampling teams to convert concepts into production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities  Create  CADs and design developments  for throws, cushions, rugs, and other home textile products
Study  market trends, color directions, and customer preferences
Prepare design concepts, presentations, and sampling briefs
Work closely with merchandising and sampling teams to ensure designs are executed correctly
Ensure designs are practical for production and cost-effective
Prepare offers and sampling ideas  based on trends and customer requirements
Maintain organized design and development records

Requirements  Experience in  textile design (home textiles preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
Understanding of weaves, yarns, textures, and textile techniques
Strong sense of color, layout, and trend awareness
Ability to create multiple design options within timelines
Good coordination and communication skills

Work Arrangement We are open to both  onsite (Murthal)  and  remote working  options depending on the candidate’s experience and capability. Remote candidates should be comfortable coordinating regularly with the team and meeting development timelines.

Preferred  Experience working with  export houses
Exposure to European or US market trends
