Product Full Time Canada Remote $75,000 - $120,000 CAD per year

Lead-level individual contributor role  — you will be the primary creative engine, building the work yourself while shaping our creative standards and systems.

Preferably Montreal Or Toronto. Full-time Remote.

We’re looking for a  hands‑on creative powerhouse  who can blend design, storytelling, and strategy to bring Narcity Media Group (NMG) and its sister brands to life. Directly reporting to the CEO, this role is execution‑first: you’ll be in the tools every day creating content and assets while shaping scalable systems that strengthen our brand identity.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into impactful visuals across digital, print, events, and social. From Instagram posts to sales decks, billboards to podcast animations — you’ll do it all, with speed, creativity, and precision.
Working with founders offers rare exposure to vision and decision‑making at the highest level — it’s fast, hands‑on learning with big impact, but it demands agility and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Design Execution

Design marketing collateral for events, campaigns, and partnerships.

Create graphics and animations for podcasts, videos, and social content.

Develop Instagram posts, templates, and creative pillars for social strategy.

Build presentation decks in Google Slides that wow B2B partners.

Adapt creative for out‑of‑home (billboards, signage, print) and digital‑first needs.

Brand & Systems

Apply and evolve brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency.

Build scalable creative templates & workflows (Figma/Canva) that streamline execution.

Translate abstract ideas into clear, usable creative systems.

Collaborate on messaging and light copywriting for campaigns, decks, and social posts.

Contribute ideas for content pillars, storytelling formats, and campaign directions.

Align creative with both consumer‑facing and B2B objectives.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills

4‑6+ years in design, creative production, or brand/content roles.

Mastery of  Figma ; bonus if comfortable with  Canva .

Solid copywriting and content strategy chops.

Bonus: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or light front‑end code.

Portfolio that shows both strong visual execution and strategic thinking.

Compensation commensurate with experience, bracket of $ 75, CAD
