ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are looking for a 2-3 years exp graphic designer who can take full ownership of their projects and work without too much supervision.

You will be responsible for creating professional quality creatives for social media, ads, print collaterals like brochures, presentation decks, reports, etc.

Please note:

We do not do branding or UI/UX so if you're looking for that kind of work, don't apply here. You will work with the marketing team to translate briefs into sleek, powerful and effective pieces of media.

QUALITIES WE WANT

We want someone who can work fast and with attention to detail. Someone who can intelligently interpret chaotic briefs from the client. We will train and guide you, of course, but you will be expected to learn fast.

DETAILED REQUIREMENTS

- 2-3 years experience working as a graphic designer
- Degree or diploma in visual design (not strictly necessary - we just want to make sure you understand design principles and are not just a 'software expert')
- Solid portfolio showcasing different types of projects
- In-depth expertise with Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Keen understanding of design fundamentals like typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Strong communication skills, so you can work with the clients and marketing team and explain your ideas and ask the right questions when necessary
- Must be reliable as a rock - stick to your commitments (we are not known to impose unreasonable timelines and demands)

LOGISTICS

- Salary:
Ballpark ₹5-7 LPA depending on your stats.

- Location:

You must be in Bangalore. This position is NOT remote.
- Office hours:
Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm BUT may extend, depending on client situations. But we are very reasonable about hours, if you do end up working late nights and weekends, we’ll figure out a way compensate you with off time later.
- Office days: 1-2 days a week work from office, otherwise work from home (hybrid)
- Vacations:
We have a policy of unlimited leaves. No one is gonna be counting how many days you took off. We have a culture of collaboration and negotiation, not control.
