An innovative advertising firm is seeking a Creative Director to lead performance-driven ad campaigns across ecommerce and apps. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of creative leadership experience in performance advertising and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing creative standards, guiding creative teams, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a competitive salary range of CAD $110,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
