. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of multi?channel digital growth while working remotely from anywhere in Europe.

• Develop and implement an organic social media content strategy with a focus on Meta platforms
  .
• Produce static graphics, short?form video, and product visuals for Meta, You Tube, and marketplaces.
• Creating visually compelling assets for emails, social posts, landing pages, and product listings
  .
• Create email content and grow into full ownership of email analytics.
• Assist with landing page design and UI/UX improvements for the online store/website.
• Build Amazon?ready creative assets including listing images and A+ content.
• Analyse performance metrics and turn insights into action.

• A full social & email content strategy and initial execution.
• Demonstrated mastery of Amazon creative content.
• A proposal for website design enhancements with a clear testing framework.

• 3+ years running social for an e?commerce brand, with strong creative and design capability.
• Skilled in Klaviyo (preferred) or Mailchimp
  , with a good grasp of segmentation and automated flows.
• Strong analytics mindset - comfortable turning performance data into clear actions.
• Advanced design skills in Adobe, Figma, Canva, with a portfolio of standout static and video content for Meta.
• Excellent English
  , able to communicate clearly and craft engaging content.
• Must be able to work US Central Time business hours (Monday–Friday) - 14:30-23:30 CET March through November

• Fully remote - work from anywhere in Europe
• 20 days PTO + 10 company holidays
• €2,000–€2,500 depending on experience (measured in US dollars but paid in equivalent euro)
