About the Role

Baby Billion is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Storyboard Intern to join our team. This role is unique as it utilizes a hybrid workflow, combining the speed of AI generation with the precision of manual artistic refinement. You will be responsible for translating scripts into professional, vertical storyboards that define our visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities

- Hybrid Storyboarding:
Create high-quality storyboards using a workflow that integrates AI generation for base visuals with manual artist refinement.
- Manual Refinement:
Use digital art software to sketch, edit, retouch, and ensure the final output meets high-quality standards.
- Visual Consistency:
Maintain a uniform look and strict character consistency across all panels, which is a critical requirement for this role.
- Technical Formatting:
Deliver storyboards in a vertical (9:16) ratio, complete with Scene #, Shot #, and brief action/dialogue descriptions.
- Narrative Execution:
Ensure the storyboards capture the correct narrative flow, composition, and camera angles.

Requirements & Skills

- AI Proficiency:

Experience with effective prompting and workflow management using tools like Gemini, Midjourney, or DALL-E.
- Artistic Proficiency:
Strong skills in tools like Photoshop, Procreate, or Illustrator for hand-drawn elements and retouching.
- Stylistic Range:
Ability to execute a "Clean, expressive 2D/Vector" style.
- Attention to Detail:
Capable of creating 8-panel pages that are organized and visually coherent.
