We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Project Specialist to support our client projects and internal operations. This is a hybrid/remote position. Applicants must be based in the U.S., preferably in Los Angeles.

• Support the project manager in coordinating day-to-day tasks across multiple creative projects
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and timelines, and help keep projects on schedule
• Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Follow up with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure progress
• Manage simple content updates on websites (training provided if needed)
• Take part in internal creative reviews and client meetings
• Learn our internal tools and systems—and help keep them running smoothly
• Support the creative direction and execution of photo and video shoots
• Be ready to jump in wherever support is needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of creative workflows
• Comfortable using tools like Basecamp, Slack, Figma and Canva.
• Familiarity with web platforms like Word Press or Shopify
• Kind, thoughtful, and respectful in all forms of communication
• Experience working in an agency, creative, or digital environment is a plus
