We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated US Director of Sync to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience within the music industry, having worked in roles at record labels, sync agencies, supervision agencies, publishing companies, or media agencies. With a proven track record in securing successful sync placements and a deep understanding of the sync industry, you will play a critical role in driving sync revenue while elevating the PMG catalog through high-profile and creative placements.

You will leverage your extensive network of contacts across the sync industry and your expertise in music publishing, licensing, and negotiations to oversee bespoke creation and commissions. This role requires a strategic and creative mindset, as well as proficiency with digital music platforms, metadata management, and sync tools. Your strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills will be key to ensuring the success of each placement.

As a passionate advocate for the PMG roster, you will work both independently and as part of a team.

• Substantial experience at record label, sync agency, supervision agency, publishing company, media agency or a similar role within the music industry
• Extensive network of contacts across the sync industry
• Strong, proven track record of successful previous sync placements
• Experience with custom / bespoke / work for hire creation and commissions
• Comprehensive understanding of music publishing, music licensing and the sync industry
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Creative and strategic mindset
• Proficient with digital music platforms, metadata management, and sync tools (Disco)
• Ability to drive sync revenue while elevating the PMG catalog through high profile and creative placements
• Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Passionate about PMG roster
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible and respond to briefs in a timely manner
