Creative Associate

Location: Bengaluru

We’re a growing fashion startup looking for a young, creative mind who enjoys Instagram, reels, aesthetics, and storytelling.
This role is ideal for someone excited about short-form video content, digital creativity, and brand building, and who wants to grow along with a startup.

What You’ll Work On

· Creating engaging social media content for Instagram and digital platforms

· Developing ad creatives (scroll-stopping visuals and videos)

· Shooting and editing:

• UGC-style content

• Trend-based formats

• Brand storytelling videos

· Designing posts, carousels, and visual content

· Researching trends, formats, audios, and platform behaviour

· Assisting with mood boards, content ideas, and creative concepts

· Supporting shoots, styling ideas, and execution when required

· Collaborating closely with the founder and design team

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have a background in fashion communication, fashion design, visual communication, or media

• Are a fresher or have 0–3 years of experience

• Have a strong aesthetic and visual sense

• Are comfortable using video editing and design tools

• Understand Instagram and reels naturally

• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn

• Enjoy startup environments where you can experiment and grow

• We care more about ideas, creativity, and attention to detail than big-brand experience.

Work Setup

• Hybrid role

• Mostly work-from-home

• Occasional in-person meetings or shoots
