About the Role
Pubninja is looking for sharp, creative, and trend-savvy  Senior News Writers  who can turn breaking updates and complex topics into engaging, scroll-stopping stories for a Western audience. If you thrive in a fast-paced newsroom, love crafting compelling narratives, and have a strong pulse on what's trending, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Write humorous, engaging, and high-quality stories across news, finance, science, space, and more — tailored for Western readers.
Spot trending topics, pitch fresh ideas, and write both breaking stories and deeper feature pieces.
Ensure every article is accurate, well-researched, fact-checked, and meets editorial deadlines.
Collaborate closely with editors and fellow writers to maintain top-tier editorial standards.

What You Bring
Minimum of 3-4 years  of experience writing news/features for digital publications.
Excellent writing chops, strong news judgment, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
A keen interest in global trends, U.S. news cycles, and viral conversations.
Ability to write quickly, cleanly, and with a strong sense of story.
