Shape the future of AI in Creative Writing As an AI Trainer - Creative Writing, you’ll play a key role in shaping AI’s ability to generate and refine narratives. Your expertise in creative writing will help ensure the AI produces engaging and imaginative content that adheres to narrative structures and literary conventions. With flexible hours, you’ll make a significant impact on the future of AI-driven storytelling.

• Educate AI: Review AI-generated creative writing outputs, providing feedback on narrative structure, character development, and storytelling techniques.
• Problem Solving: Use your expertise to help AI reason through challenges in creative writing, including plot development, dialogue creation, and theme exploration.
• Red Teaming: Identify any biases or inaccuracies in the AI’s creative outputs. Develop tests to ensure the AI generates high-quality and compelling narratives.
• You create your own working hours depending on project length.

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Creative Writing or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in creative writing.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar.
• A critical eye and ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience as an author, editor, or in related roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Alignerr strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected hourly rate range for United States-based candidates is below. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Pay Range (rate per hour)

$15 - $150 USD

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role. International students on a valid visa may be eligible to apply; however, specific circumstances should be discussed with a tax or immigration advisor.
