• Salary Range: $81,667–$98,000/year + Variable Compensation

G-P is hiring a strategic and creative Content Writer to join its remote-first marketing team. As the leading provider of a SaaS-based Global Employment Platform, G-P enables companies to hire, onboard, and manage talent in over 180 countries—without the need to establish local entities. You’ll work closely with editors, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop high-impact content for campaigns, webinars, blogs, events, and more. • Develop original, research-backed content across formats: blogs, articles, landing pages, emails, and social media
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and product launches
• Create compelling headlines and body copy tailored to diverse buyer personas and customer journeys
• Conduct audits to identify content gaps and recommend new assets that align with strategic goals
• Stay current with SEO and AI best practices to optimize content performance and production workflows
• Edit and refine existing content for clarity, tone, and engagement
• Provide guidance to non-writers on improving content quality and avoiding AI-generated pitfalls
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and messaging standards

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional writing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or global business services
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-form articles, thought leadership, and campaign-driven content
• Proficiency with content management systems and editorial workflows
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to take creative direction and contribute original ideas

• Background in high-profile campaigns or large-scale event promotion
• Familiarity with global employment, HR tech, or remote work trends
• Experience integrating SEO strategy and analytics into content planning
