• Draft and edit copy for various event-related communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the events team to review and finalize promotional materials
• Prioritize tasks to align with the email calendar and project deadlines
• Process feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to deliver polished final copy

• Minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing department
• Proven experience in supporting event marketing initiatives
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand guidelines and styles
• Familiarity with AP Style for content creation
• Experience working with tech clients, particularly cloud software companies, preferred

• Experience in B2B copywriting
• Background in business events and copy editing
• Ability to manage quick turnaround times for marketing assets
