• Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social media channels using their unique brand voice

• Report issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
• Act as an extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

• High-level proficiency in both English and French with strong cultural awareness
• Exceptional written communication skills in English and French, including spelling and grammar
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends
• Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities
• Experience writing content that aligns with various brand voices and audiences
• Curiosity and engagement in diverse content areas such as technology, retail, food, or hospitality
