Join Jericho Design Group’s (JDG) team of architects, designers, and creative professionals who are passionate about impactful, well-considered design. JDG is seeking a Senior Marketing/Proposal Coordinator. This role works under the guidance of the Director of Business Development and in close partnership with project leaders and internal teams across the firm. The position supports proposal development from start to finish, business development efforts, including opportunity tracking, creation of marketing materials, and maintenance of the firm’s pursuit pipeline.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the production of proposals, qualifications, and interview materials from start to finish, including content collection, QA/QC, and deadlines
- Ensure all submissions strictly comply with RFQ/RFP requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate subconsultant teaming efforts in support of pursuits
- Format, design, and assemble pursuit materials utilizing Adobe InDesign in alignment with JDG brand standards and guidelines
- Coordinates RFQ/RFP follow-up process to collect feedback/debriefs, communicate lessons learned, trends and report results including tracking win/loss information
- Coordinate and prepare project teams for interviews and presentations, including creating slide decks
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including staff bios, resumes, project sheets, and photography, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Drafts, edits, organizes, and proofs non-pursuit collateral: award submittals, website content, brochures, social media, and presentation content to ensure content is comprehensive and client-specific
- Organize and maintain marketing folders and all marketing information
- Collaborate on video, photo, and storytelling initiatives to highlight projects and culture
- Ensure project photography is completed for all projects as requested
- Conduct research on target markets (e.g., medical office, corporate interiors, higher ed)
- Identify new business opportunities and trends that align with JDG strengths
- Work with firm leaders to shape pursuit strategies in growth markets
- Act as liaison with external website company to maintain and update website content
- Support social media planning, content creation, and posting (Linked In focus)
- Manage calendar of industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate logistics, booth materials, branded swag, and follow-up strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an AEC marketing role (architecture, design, or construction)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on a deadline-driven schedule
- Good writing/editing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with the pursuit and proposal process and development (responding to public agency RFPs and RFQs)
