Additional hours will be required to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This job is not suitable for remote work and is expected to work regular on-site hours. Travel is required.
This position is designated as an Administrative and Professional and serves without a fixed term and at the pleasure of the President, pursuant to the University’s Handbook of Operation Procedures 5-1230, “Appointment and Term of Appointment for Administrative Professionals."
Purpose
Produce creative content for the purpose of growing the Texas Football brand as well as producing creative content for internal and external program needs.
Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts for compelling high-impact graphic design content that elevate the Texas Football brand and support the program’s recruiting strategy, ensuring all content aligns with departmental goals and brand standards.
Work closely with the Director of Creative and recruiting staff to coordinate content shoots and content needs for on-campus recruiting visits. Manipulate existing graphic templates and create new designs for use in recruiting, on social media and any other team needs.
Capture and edit content from games, practices, workouts, and team events to be used in recruiting, on social media and any other team needs.
Serve as a project manager on various recruiting campaigns, special initiatives, and creative requests.
Contribute to the strategy and overall management of official Texas Football social media accounts.
Assist Creative Media leadership with additional assignments as needed.
Drive a UT or rental vehicle on and off campus.
Consistently exemplify the core values and quality service standards of Texas Athletics. Always act ethically. Proactively seek guidance when unsure or unclear of a law, rule or policy applicable to you or your department/sport program. Actively participate in assigned education and training programs. Comply with all laws, policies, rules and regulations set forth by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas at Austin, NCAA, Conference, or other governing body, including state and federal laws.
Annually obtain prior written approval and report all outside activities and outside income. Report knowledge of, or reasonable cause to believe, violation(s) of state or federal laws, policies, rules, or regulations of the University, Conference, or NCAA to IA ARMCS or IA HR. Fully cooperate with any investigation by providing complete and accurate information when requested to do so by Texas Athletics and/or the NCAA and do not influence others in any way during an investigation.

Required Qualifications
