This role involves providing expert guidance on integrating video, animation, graphic design, and audio elements to create engaging and cohesive event experiences. The consultant will collaborate with the internal team to ensure all visual components align with business objectives, enhance brand presence, and foster a collaborative atmosphere for clients.
The ideal candidate will bring creative solutions and industry insight to support the delivery of innovative and reliable corporate events.
- Advise on the visual strategy for corporate events, including video, animation, graphics, and audio integration
- Review and provide feedback on event concepts, stage designs, and multimedia presentations
- Recommend creative tools, technologies, and best practices for event visualization
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure visual elements support event goals and brand messaging
- Suggest improvements for audience engagement through visual storytelling and multimedia
- Provide remote consultation sessions and actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in event visualization, with a portfolio showcasing video, animation, graphic design, and audio work
- Strong understanding of corporate event environments and brand communication
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3D visualization tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote consulting
- Ability to translate business objectives into creative visual solutions
- Reliable internet connection and availability for remote collaboration
- Experience with corporate or B2B events is highly desirable
