Graphic Designer

Elwood is looking for a highly skilled, fast-moving Graphic Designer to help define and execute our visual language across every touchpoint of the brand. This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and performance, responsible for ensuring Elwood looks premium, cohesive, and fashion-forward everywhere our customer encounters us.

You will partner closely with Brand, Marketing, and Content to bring campaigns, collections, and cultural moments to life through strong, on-brand visuals.

Reports to: Marketing Director / Art Director

• Use AI tools to generate, edit, expand, and adapt creative
• Rapidly create variations of assets for testing and performance
• Support concepting, mood boards, and visual exploration

• Design full campaign systems across:
• Email
• SMS
• Instagram stories & posts
• Website banners
• Digital ads
• Crop, resize, and format assets for every platform

• Create launch graphics, promotional assets, flyers, packaging, OOH, and event materials
• Ensure consistency, quality, and cohesion across all assets and touchpoints

• Help maintain and evolve Elwood’s visual identity across all channels
• Ensure everything we publish feels fashion-forward, intentional, and on-brand
• Partner with Brand, Content, and Growth to align visuals with storytelling, performance, and customer experience

• Strong graphic design fundamentals with a refined, fashion-aware eye
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production and asset generation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable working across multiple formats, channels, and tight deadlines
• Able to balance speed with brand consistency and creative quality
• Video editing and retouching experience is a plus
