Production Artist

To be successful in this position, you'll be detail-oriented, eager, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. We are looking for someone with a strong design foundation, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We require you to have proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of layout and design principles.

• Assisting in preparing production-ready files for print and digital platforms.
• Retouching, resizing, and adapting assets across a range of deliverables, including social media, print ads, and digital banners.
• Supporting the creative team in versioning and updating existing designs while maintaining consistency with brand standards.
• Creating social media graphics for our clients.
• Working closely with Creative, Social Media, Project Management, and Client Services teams to bring creative concepts to completion.
• Implementing feedback and revisions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring that all files are properly archived, shared, and named per internal processes.

• Demonstrating attention to detail and consistency in file preparation and quality control.
• Tracking time daily in Workamajig and managing multiple projects with guidance from senior team members.
• Staying current on industry best practices and design production standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Internship or freelance experience in a design or production role is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and basic design principles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
