The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proven leader who will own a large part of the design life cycle through to its completion.
Responsibilities- Collaborate cross-functionally on creative strategy & execution
- Lead design across digital, print, and experiential formats
- Manage multiple projects and contribute to key meetings
- Support brand consistency and mentor junior creatives
- 5+ years of design experience with a strong, versatile portfolio
- Strong communication, presentation, and illustration skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of After Effects & Figma
Note:
This position requires frequent weekly in-office presence, with the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid schedule; applicants must be within the DMV.
