• Lead the development of the visual identity across all communications channels
• Propose innovative creative concepts to enhance storytelling and brand visibility
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all materials and digital assets
• Audit and manage the organization and accessibility of the visual asset library
• Design high-impact materials including fact sheets, infographics, and presentations
• Support video production and animation projects with visual direction and coordination
• Collaborate with teams to align visuals with messaging and present creative ideas
• Manage creative workflows to meet fast‑paced deadlines without compromising quality

• 5–8 years of experience in visual communications, brand design, or creative direction
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual storytelling
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Experience with video production and motion graphics
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
