Our client is seeking a detail-oriented PowerPoint Specialist to support marketing and internal teams by producing polished, on-brand presentation materials and design assets. This is a hands‑on, production-focused role centered on refining, formatting, and standardizing existing content rather than concept-driven or blank-page design work. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in PowerPoint and complementary design tools, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
This role is fully remote working around 15-20 hours per week. Applicants must work Pacific or Mountain time hours.
PowerPoint Specialist Responsibilities- Expertly format, refine, and standardize PowerPoint presentations to ensure a clean, professional, and executive‑ready finish.
- Apply and maintain brand standards across decks, including layouts, typography, color usage, and visual consistency.
- Update and enhance existing presentations with charts, graphics, icons, and visual elements.
- Build and maintain reusable templates, slide layouts, and components to support efficient presentation development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and translate content into clear, visually compelling slides.
- Produce polished print and digital collateral such as one‑sheets, brochures, and infographics.
- Support quick‑turn design needs, including internal graphics, event materials, and sales or marketing assets.
- Ensure brand alignment across all deliverables, both digital and print.
- Contribute to additional marketing and presentation-related projects as needed.
- Proven experience producing and refining professional PowerPoint presentations in a production-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including formatting, layout design, charts, templates, and visual enhancements.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva for multi-format content creation.
- Demonstrated understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout principles, and data visualization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and accurately.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing, sales, or internal communications teams is preferred.
Compensation: $25-$32/hr. (DOE)
