Graphic Designer (E-Commerce, Performance Ads & Social Media) — Full Time (Remote) 10 mil RP
Nino Nana is looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team! You will work closely with our Singapore market and Indonesia market teams to create strong visuals across marketplaces, performance marketing campaigns, and digital content channels.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong e-commerce design experience and understands how to create visuals that drive clicks and conversions.
Job Scope- Design assets for Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tik Tok Shop, Amazon
, and more - Create platform-ready visuals including:
- Banners & promotional assets
- Campaign creatives (mega sales, flash deals, seasonal launches)
- Design high-converting ad creatives for campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, marketplaces
, etc. - Create multiple variations for testing (layouts, hooks, offers, CTAs)
- Design posts and creatives for Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
- Support the Content Manager with design execution when needed
- Support website banners and campaign visuals as required
- Support product packaging design when required (new launches, refreshes, market adaptation)
- Assist with merchandise and event-related visuals when required

Strong experience in e-commerce design
(Shopfronts, ads, banners, marketplace visuals — this is the core of the role)
✅
Conversational English
(Daily work communication is in English with cross-market teams)
Additional Requirements- Strong portfolio showing e-commerce assets and performance creatives
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (InDesign is a bonus)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Able to work independently, deliver fast, and manage deadlines remotely
