We are looking for a Dallas-based Senior Art Director / Copywriter team. Open to teams with a proven history of working together, as well as individuals seeking their next opportunity. The below job description focuses on the Art Director position.

SENIOR ART DIRECTORIf you are a self-motivated team player who is ready to be a big part of a small, award-winning, and growing agency, this art director opportunity at 270B is for you.
What you’ll do in this role- The art director will work closely with a copywriter, as well as a team of designers, motion, a social content creator, to concept and execute a variety of client needs, including brand campaign work, organic and paid social content, websites, digital experiences, videos, internal agency comms, and much more
- Participate in brainstorms, translate ideas into decks, and deliver attention-grabbing, on-strategy brand creative
- Present work to internal teams with confidence and clarity (and a sense of humor)
- Join in on new business initiatives and agency creative communications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and competitive landscape our clients operate in, as well as cultural, design, and advertising trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
- 3+ years of agency experience (or comparable experience in-house at a CPG or D2C brand)
- Online creative portfolio demonstrating agency or in-house experience concepting and producing outstanding, big-idea work.
- Strong understanding of the creative process with an interest in social, digital, experiential, and integrated marketing.
- Ability to work with internal teams to develop and execute big ideas from beginning to end, take in creative direction and feedback in a timely manner, deliver work on time and within budget constraints.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills, necessary in a majority work-from-home environment
- Presentation skills and ability to communicate creative decisions
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma, Canva and video editing programs a plus.
