As a fast-growing, senior team, we're excited to welcome more forward-thinking individuals who will help us drive growth, foster positive change within our client's industries, and have fun along the way.

As Senior Editor, you will be a steward of clarity, consistency, and quality across FWD's written work. You bring a sharp editorial eye, deep respect for voice and tone, and comfort working with complex, often highly regulated content.

You partner closely with writers, strategists, and creative leadership to ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand and audience needs.

  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, grammar, and style across accounts.

  • Partner with Copy leadership to maintain editorial standards and best practices.

  • Support writers through clear, constructive feedback.

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in scientific or technical content.

  • Participate in review cycles and revisions, including MLR when applicable.

  • Help refine editorial workflows and processes.

  • Maintain quality control standards across all written deliverables.

What You ll Bring
  • 7–10+ years of editorial experience, ideally within an agency environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and command of language.

  • Experience editing healthcare, scientific, or regulated content strongly preferred.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance speed with precision.

  • Calm, thoughtful presence in fast-paced environments.

  • Proficiency in AMA, AP, or other relevant style guides.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.

  • Familiarity with MLR review processes and regulated marketing.

  • Background in medical or scientific writing or editing.

  • Experience developing editorial guidelines and style guides.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive language practices.

Who You Are
  • A meticulous professional who upholds the highest standards of clarity and accuracy.

  • A collaborative partner who supports writers and elevates their work through thoughtful feedback.

  • A trusted steward of brand voice who ensures consistency across all touchpoints.

  • A detail-oriented thinker who thrives in dynamic environments while maintaining precision.
