• Create, present, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute compelling creative concepts.
• Partner with field and events teams to maintain a strong and on-brand presence at user conferences and events.
• Share creative ideas with senior leaders, guiding decisions with your design expertise.
• Work on diverse projects ranging from merchandise to digital ads and presentation decks.
• Balance individual design tasks with collaborative efforts on larger projects.
• Flexibility to work off-hours around events and launches may be required due to remote nature of work.

• 5 years of visual design experience, preferably in B2B startups.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects; experience in motion design is a bonus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on solutions.
• Organized and process‑oriented, able to manage details effectively.
• Willingness to experiment and take creative risks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
