What you’ll be doing
You’ll be creating content and campaigns for social platforms—the kind that grabs attention and holds it. This means short‑form storytelling with craft baked in: motion graphics, text overlays, multimedia design, and smart editing that makes people feel something.
You’ll work as part of our production team, but you’ll own your edits. That means taking or shaping a brief, understanding the idea behind it, and building content that delivers. Sometimes you’ll be the only editor on a project. Other times you’ll collaborate with designers, producers, and the wider creative team to find the best solution.
You’ll need to be confident with Adobe Premiere Pro—it should feel like second nature. Strong After Effects skills are important too. Experience with other editing tools is a bonus, but Adobe is where you’ll live.
Here’s the important bit:
We’re not looking for traditional long‑form editors. We want someone who thinks in content first. Someone who understands platform nuances, campaign thinking, and knows how to build work with style that actually performs. Someone who cares about the why behind what they’re making.
Demonstrable experience in social content and campaigns. You can show us work you’ve created—content that moves people, not just fills feeds. You understand what makes social content work and how to craft it properly.
A storyteller with style. You don’t just edit clips together—you build narratives with intention. You know when to add motion graphics, when to let a moment breathe, and how to craft something that feels considered and purposeful.
Curiosity about the why. You want to understand the brief, the audience, the goal. You ask the right questions and you’re invested in creating work that makes a difference, not just work that gets delivered.
Craft and attention to detail. You care about how things look, feel, and flow. You’re willing to iterate until it’s right, and you’re proud of what you put out into the world.
Collaboration and ownership. You work well within a team, take direction, share ideas, and bring your own perspective. But when it’s your project, you deliver. You’re reliable, organised, and you get things done.
