My client are Experience Makers, trusted by leading global brands and organisations to create and deliver outstanding live events and brand experiences worldwide. They have over 40 years’ experience delivering projects across sport, brands, and entertainment.
The RoleThey are seeking a Production Manager to join their Production team. Working closely with Client Services, Creative, and Production, this role plays a key part in the planning and delivery of live events and physical builds. You will support projects from early concept through to onsite delivery, ensuring production elements are seamlessly integrated and delivered to the highest standards.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, alongside an interest in technical production, scenic build, and live event delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end production delivery across multiple live event projects
- Provide production input into pitches, proposals, and creative development
- Assist with detailed project planning, scheduling, and supplier briefing
- Support the development and management of production budgets
- Conduct site inspections and assist with onsite delivery and team management
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout project delivery
- Work closely with internal teams and approved suppliers
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external suppliers
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Willing to travel and work flexibly as required by project demands
- Experience in, or a strong interest in, live event or experiential production
- Understanding of technical delivery (lighting, audio, video, rigging) and scenic construction
- Awareness of health and safety responsibilities within live event environments
- Budget awareness and basic financial understanding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to read CAD drawings (Sketch Up, AutoCAD, or Vectorworks)
