  • Publish content across Twitter/X, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube, following the Head of Communications plan
  • Support basic visual needs: simple graphics, layouts, and light motion assets based on templates provided by the design team
  • Edit short-form videos when needed (reels, shorts, Tik Toks)
  • Keep an eye on trends without chasing noise

  • Solid sourcing and fact‑checking habits
  • Previous experience in a social media or community management role
  • Familiarity with the main social platforms and their mechanics
  • Junior‑level graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar), with the ability to edit templates provided by the design team
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Curiosity, autonomy, and good judgment

Nice to have

  • Web3 literacy
  • Digital art knowledge or genuine interest in the field
  • Education in communication, web marketing, arts, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

Other important things

  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work with ongoing schedules and fast‑moving releases
  • Comfort working with artists, curators, collectors, and developers
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
