Graphic Designer

Mentus is located in San Diego and is seeking a Graphic Designer who is skilled in print and online design, content layout, graphic creation, and the final production of print and web-ready files. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within established brand standards and adhere to predefined design templates. This is a remote position. Must work west coast hours.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

• Experience in detailed graphic design through final production both print and online applications, including corporate websites, reports, packaging and branding.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and infographics.
• Ability to prepare files for clients or vendors in an organized and thorough manner.
• A proven track record of collaborating effectively as a team member while adhering to processes and meeting project deadlines.
• Capacity to work within existing brand guidelines and to develop new branding and style guides for clients.
• Sophisticated understanding of managing multiple projects in various phases and collaborating with project managers to prioritize workflow, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain the highest standards of design and production at all times.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance, along with excellent organizational, presentation, and planning skills.
• Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
• Demonstrate experience in working with digital media, including prototyping and design. A strong background in Figma or related web development platforms is a must.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience.
