We are looking for a Video Producer to help bring Peace Through Trade’s mission, technology, and narratives to life through short-form and long-form video content.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, education, and distribution. You will work closely with creative and social leadership to produce videos that translate complex blockchain, trade, and sustainability concepts into content that is clear, engaging, and credible across platforms.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands pacing, attention, and narrative in a modern social media environment.

Produce high-quality video content that educates, informs, and inspires global audiences while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and alignment with PTT’s long-term vision.

You will help shape how the world sees Peace Through Trade through video.

• Edit and produce short‑form videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, X, and You Tube Shorts
• Support longer‑form video content for You Tube, explainers, interviews, and campaign pieces
• Collaborate on storyboards, scripts, and visual direction
• Cut clips from podcasts, interviews, and long‑form recordings
• Add captions, motion text, overlays, and basic animations where appropriate
• Maintain consistent visual style, pacing, and tone across content
• Organize video assets, timelines, and deliverables
• Optimize videos for platform‑specific formats and best practices
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager on content strategy
• Iterate quickly based on performance, analytics, and feedback

• Strong video editing skills with a clear sense of pacing and storytelling
• Experience producing short‑form social video content
• Working understanding of social platforms and what performs on each
• Attention to detail and respect for accuracy, especially in technical topics
• Ability to take direction and also contribute creative ideas
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
• Reliable, organized, and communicative

• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 topics
• Experience editing educational or documentary‑style content
• Motion graphics or light animation skills
• Experience working with founders, podcasts, or thought leadership content
• Familiarity with tools like Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
• Understanding of content analytics and performance feedback

• Direct involvement in shaping the visual voice of a global blockchain project
• Creative freedom within a clear, mission‑driven framework
• Close collaboration with leadership and creative decision‑makers
