Due to continued growth within our marketing team, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Videographer & Content Creator to join Sowerbys, working primarily across west Norfolk.
This is a hands‑on, creative role suited to an experienced videographer who can confidently deliver cinematic, professional content that brings homes, locations and the Sowerbys lifestyle to life.You’ll be producing property films, lifestyle and location content, events, interviews and people‑led footage for use across multiple platforms.
The role is full‑time and permanent
, with travel across Norfolk and occasional trips to Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire. Mileage and a car allowance are included.
- Create cinematic property films that present homes in a visually compelling and engaging way
- Capture lifestyle, area and location‑led content showcasing Norfolk’s countryside, coastline and villages
- Film events, interviews and people‑focused content, confidently directing contributors when required
- Edit high‑quality video content with strong pacing, colour grading and sound design
- Take creative initiative, developing ideas and fresh content independently
- Capture high‑quality property photography when required (training provided)
- Build strong relationships with vendors and clients, representing Sowerbys in a friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain Sowerbys’ premium visual standards
- Learn to create accurate and well‑presented floor plans, with full training provided
- At least 1 year’s experience in professional videography or digital content creation
- Experience flying drones for professional video work (commercial licence desirable)
- Confident shooting and editing cinematic, story‑driven video content
- A capable photographer, with a willingness to capture property imagery when required
- Highly organised, self‑motivated and proactive in your approach
- A strong understanding of brand and the ability to produce consistent, premium content
- Personable, professional and confident working with people on location
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Based in west Norfolk or nearby
- Experience filming interviews, presenter‑led or people‑focused content
- Familiarity with Canon cameras and lenses
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro
- Good administrative skills, ideally with knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- All professional equipment provided, including camera, lenses, drone and computer
- Mileage and car allowance
- Ongoing training and professional development
