We believe that a life of purpose has the power to transform the world.

This isn't just a job - it's a chance to find your true purpose. We’re a full-service restaurant collection with locations from coast to coast, known for serving nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

This position is located in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, on a hybrid schedule, in our home office.

The Brand Design Manager is a senior, highly organized, hands‑on designer responsible for executing True Food Kitchen’s visual identity and voice across core brand touchpoints, with primary ownership of design and print execution. This role partners closely with the Creative Director to translate creative direction and brand strategy into thoughtful, high‑quality designs that consistently represent the brand across restaurants, campaigns, and supporting digital channels.

This role serves as an approachable and collaborative creative partner across the organization, supporting teams and restaurants with clarity, responsiveness, and a solutions‑oriented mindset. The Brand Design Manager communicates timelines, requirements, and costs clearly, helping partners understand what’s possible and how to move projects forward with confidence.

In addition to hands‑on design execution, this role is responsible for organizing and managing creative work through the team’s project‑management tools, facilitating regular check‑ins with stakeholders, and tracking progress across active projects. The Brand Design Manager provides clear status updates, identifies risks or constraints, and recommends solutions or options to the Creative VP to keep work moving efficiently and aligned with business priorities.

With a strong emphasis on print, digital, and campaign rollout, the Brand Design Manager brings exceptional design judgment, production expertise, and attention to detail, along with the ability to fully manage projects, workflows, and stakeholder communication from concept through execution. This role also provides guidance and support to internal and external creatives, contractors, production partners and photographers.
