Responsibilities

• Design product covers and promotional banners for e-commerce listings to attract more buyers (e.g., Instagram & Tik Tok).
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via online platforms (Tokopedia, Tik Tokshop, Blibli, Shopee).
• Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order fulfillment (kerja sama dengan tim mengenai stok produk).
• Host live streaming sessions on marketplaces and social media (di bantu dengan training).
• Edit product prices and listings on e-commerce platforms (di bantu dengan training).
• Create daily content aligned with current trends and promotions on social media (untuk produk yang ada tersedia di toko offline).
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional responses in online chats (di bantu dengan training).

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
• Confident speaking on camera for live streaming.
• Familiar with content creation and social media trends.
• Basic design skills required (Photoshop, Canva, Corel Draw, etc.).
• Basic video editing skills (Capcut or similar tools).

• Honest, creative, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
