• Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering high-quality content within deadlines.
• Work closely with design partners to ensure continuity across digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on current trends and cultural influences to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on brand objectives.

• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting with a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
• Proficient in adapting language for different audiences and channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strategic and creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for quick, quality content creation.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools to enhance content creation.

• Experience in beauty, retail, or editorial copywriting.
• A passion for beauty products and industry trends.
• Knowledge of agency environments and creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the Chicago metro area is a plus, though remote work is considered.
