Role OverviewAs a Content Presenter, you will record short scripted videos (usually 20–45 seconds) from your home setup. All scripts and key directions will be provided by our team, and occasionally you'll receive reference videos for tone and style.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, can deliver lines naturally, and understands how to connect with audiences in a warm and authentic way.
Responsibilities- Record short-form videos based on fully written scripts provided by Crack the TCF Canada.
- Bring energy, clarity, and personality to educational and myth-busting content.
- Deliver consistent on-camera presence aligned with our brand tone.
- Submit clean, high-quality footage recorded independently from your home.
- Incorporate occasional stylistic or tone-based notes (e.g., reference clips).
- Participate in project-based workflows (typically ~10 videos/month).
We welcome presenters from all ethnic backgrounds and identities so as to represent the real diversity of Canada and our audience.
- Strong on-camera presence: warm, confident, relatable, or expressive (we are hiring for a mix of personalities).
- Ability to take direction and replicate specific delivery styles.
- Clear speaking voice and confidence reading from scripts.
- Ability to record from home with good lighting, clear audio, and a clean background.
- Basic conversational French helpful; intermediate or above preferred (particularly for pronunciation of exam terms).
- Experience with short-form content (Tik Tok/Instagram Reels) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Flexible schedule: work from home.
- Approx. 10 videos per month, depending on campaigns and project timelines.
- Deadlines communicated in advance for each batch of content.
This is a freelance, contract-based role. Compensation is paid per completed video, and specific rates will be discussed during the interview.
