• Salary of $18 per hour
• Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in political campaigning and digital content creation
• Fully remote position allowing for flexible work from home
• Engage with and mobilize youth voters for significant upcoming elections
• Work in a dynamic and innovative team environment focused on social impact

• Collaborate with the Campus Organizing Team to develop and implement social svalmedia strategies
• Produce and edit short‑form videos to engage and educate students about the elections
• Create static content and designs targeted toward student voters
• Build regional social media strategies to amplify key content for Pennsylvania's 2026 elections
• Maintain a consistent output of at least 8 pieces of short‑form content weekly across various platforms

• Must be enrolled at a Pennsylvania college or university and/or be a Pennsylvania resident
• Strong understanding of current events and trends in pop culture and politics
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create engaging content tailored for a young audience
• Weekend availability, though not required every weekend

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube
