You’ll be part of the Content & Community team, crafting a range of video content designed for reach, resonance, and virality. Think fast, fun, scroll‑stopping edits for Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Synthesia shows up on social – from product drops and launch teasers to everyday social media campaigns.

• High‑level video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience editing social‑first content (organic social and/or paid ads).
• At least some basic motion design skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly iterative content environment.
• Experience of content ideation (you won’t just cut footage, you’ll bring ideas to help shape what gets made).
• An understanding of platform‑specific best practices (e.g., Tik Tok vs Linked In vs You Tube Shorts) – knowing what will hook people in the first 3 seconds.

• Shooting and basic production skills (especially for UGC‑style or lo‑fi footage).
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g.: ChatGPT Image, Google Veo3, Pika, etc.).
• Design skills.
• B2B experience.
