Educational Content Producer Framer Academy

Framer Academy is seeking a content producer to take video lessons from 0 to 1, crafting engaging scripts and producing visually dynamic videos that teach learners of all levels how to design and publish cutting-edge websites using Framer.

Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for Framer Academy’s educational videos.

Edit and produce high-quality tutorials, how-to lessons, and other educational content.

Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance clarity and engagement.

Break down complex design and web concepts into digestible explanations for a broad audience.

Ensure consistency with Framer’s branding, tone, and design guidelines across all content.

Stay current with new Framer features and trends in video editing, motion graphics, and online learning.

Revise and polish content based on feedback from team members and subject matter experts.

Optimize video formats for multiple platforms (e.g., You Tube in 4K 60p, Twitter in 1080 30p).

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver new content each week.

Familiarity with Framer or other no-code design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).

Background in instructional design or online education.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for spoken word.

2+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing educational or design/software-related content.

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software.

Experience in motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar).

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and instructional design.

Ability to explain complex processes simply and engagingly.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
