Assistant Designer Girlswear

About the Role

• Design and support product ranges for Girlswear, specifically Older Girls Woven bottoms and Knitwear, with a focus on high-quality trend-led items.
• Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
• Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products.
• Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
• Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
• Support project-based collections as well as core line development.

• Experience and knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
• Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must for this role.
• Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers is essential.
• Must have a degree in fashion design and industry experience.
