Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Middle Weight Designer, based in Bournemouth with flexibility for remote work. The Designer will focus on creating visually compelling designs and translating ideas into standout digital and print assets.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop brand materials.
• Design for websites and social media.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver creative solutions that align with clients’ goals and environmental values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design, visual storytelling, and creating digital and print materials
• Experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and related tools
• Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and design principles
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on diverse projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in working collaboratively within a team and incorporating client feedback to achieve project goals
• An eye for detail and a passion for sustainability in design and marketing practices
• Relevant educational background and/or professional experience in graphic design, art, visual communication, or related fields
• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus
