About the RoleAs Senior Creative Lead, you will play a leading role in developing and executing creative concepts across campaigns, content, and packaging for Gravitiq’s portfolio of brands. You’ll oversee the day-to-day creative output - from concept through to execution - guiding designers and freelancers while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver best‑in‑class work.
This role is fast‑paced, collaborative, and highly creative – perfect for someone who thrives on balancing craft with leadership. You’ll play a critical role in translating brand strategy into engaging design and content, while partnering closely with the brand team and cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities- Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop the Portfolio Brand’s visual identity and brand storytelling
- Set and maintain creative standards across all assets (packaging, campaigns, content, retail, digital), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Help develop and maintain each brand’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring a discerning eye for colour, typography, layout, and design consistency.
- Oversee creative execution of packaging (NPD, rebrands, retail, variations), Amazon/DTC content and listings (visuals, copy design, A+ content), campaign assets (digital + print), and social‑first content (Tik Tok, Instagram, email), as needed.
- Ensure consistency of design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery of creative projects.
- Partner with Brand and Digital teams to develop 360° creative ideas that work across channels (Amazon, Tik Tok, Meta, email, PR, retail as needed).
- Creative concepting and direction for hero campaigns, launches, and brand‑level initiatives, as needed.
- Ensure creative resonates with customers, drives engagement, and delivers commercial results.
- Manage, inspire, and mentor designers and videographers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand Marketing, NPD, Commercial, and Digital to bring products and campaigns to life.
- Act as senior point of contact for agencies and freelancers on creative projects.
- Partner with Creative Operations Manager/Producer to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Help develop and establish best practice in briefing, feedback, and creative workflows.
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and comprehensive design systems for consumer goods.
- Passion for the beauty or skincare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal and wider teams.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and project management tools.
- Designing brand collateral for the Amazon platform.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience with Figma.
- A supportive leader and mentor who leads by example and inspires designers and creative contributors.
- Strong collaborator who works well with cross‑functional teams and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast‑moving business, juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
