Socality is hiring a full time Events & Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of community-driven experiential events across Canada.
This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused. You’ll coordinate logistics, support on‑site operations, and manage the many moving parts required to deliver high‑quality events and activations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors, and will be trusted to take ownership of details and problem‑solve in real time.
We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, highly reliable, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
What You’ll Do Event Planning & Execution- Coordinate logistics, timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and rentals.
- Prepare detailed event timelines, run‑of‑show schedules, and checklists.
- Ensure all event details are documented, tracked, and executed accurately.
- Support event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Coordinate staff, vendors, and partners on the ground.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to keep events running smoothly.
- Support event marketing execution by drafting copy, sourcing imagery, and coordinating with designers.
- Assist with event registration pages, attendee communications, and promotional materials.
- Ensure event information is accurate, clear, and consistent across channels.
- Support day‑to‑day communication with event partners, venues, and vendors.
- Keep internal teams informed and aligned on timelines, approvals, and key details.
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination or production, ideally on 100+ person events.
- Comfortable owning projects and following them through without heavy oversight.
- Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive by nature.
- Comfortable working within the creative industry, with personal experience as a creator (photography, video, design, or similar).
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders calmly and clearly.
- Adaptable, level‑headed, and able to respond to last‑minute changes.
- Familiar with creative communities, experiential marketing, or community‑driven events.
- Tech‑savvy, with experience using tools like Notion, Google Drive, and Eventbrite.
- Willing to travel as required.

$52,000–$60,000 CAD (12‑month equivalent, based on experience)
