Apptribe is a fast-growing startup, building AI powered mobile apps for global markets, reaching millions of users worldwide. We’re looking for a Marketing Artist who will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives for our mobile apps.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You’ll design engaging visuals, test ideas quickly, and learn how great creatives directly drive growth.

• Create video and visual ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, and ad networks
• Produce multiple creative variations to test different hooks, formats, and styles
• Research and adapt social media and ad trends into new creative concepts
• Experiment with AI tools and modern creative workflows to improve production and output

• 0–2 years of experience (or strong personal projects) in design, video, or content creation
• Basic experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or similar software
• Interest in performance marketing and understanding how creatives impact results
• Curiosity about social media trends and AI tools for design and video creation
• A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for perfect briefs to start thinking or creating
• High energy
