Assistant Designer Menswear Talent Pool

About the Role

Working Pattern:
Typically 5 days in the office with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

We're always on the lookout for talented Assistant Designers n up to our Menswear Talent Pool today.

• Design and support product ranges for Menswear product ranges.
• Respond quickly to briefs producing fast‑turnaround designs as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.
• Research and recognise key trends translating this into elevated customer‑relevant products.
• Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
• Collaborate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
• Support with project‑based collections as well as main range development.

• Must have strong experience of creating using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
• Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
• Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must for this role.
• Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
• Must have Menswear fashion design background.
• Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
