Important note:

This position requires mid‑shift hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Jakarta Time).

• Creative Direction:
  Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality output.
• Concept Development:
  Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Client Presentations:
  Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
• Quality Control:
  Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project goals.

  Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.

• Has proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast‑paced agency or startup environment.
• Has a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
• Proficient with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
• Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Is an effective communicator and a natural leader who can guide and motivate a creative team.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
• Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
