We are looking for a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media Manager to take the reins of our digital presence. You won’t just be posting photos; you will be the voice of Earthbound online, aggressively growing our following and engagement on Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.

You understand that travel isn’t just about where you go—it’s about how it makes you feel. You know how to translate “stress‑free booking” and “VIP perks” into engaging short‑form video and compelling You Tube content.

• Execute a strategy to grow followers and engagement on Instagram (Reels & Stories), Tik Tok, and You Tube (Shorts & Long‑form).
• Edit high‑quality, engaging video content from raw footage or stock; leverage AI tools as needed to create trending Reels/Tik Toks/Shorts.
• Act as the voice of Earthbound Travel Co., reply to comments, engage with travel communities, and build relationships with potential clients via DMs.
• Spot travel trends, trending audio, and viral formats; stay ahead of new meme or transition styles.
• Manage video uploads on You Tube, write SEO‑friendly descriptions, and design clickable thumbnails that drive views.

• Proven experience growing accounts—portfolio or links to demonstrable growth (bonus for travel or lifestyle brands).
• Proficiency in Cap Cut or similar mobile editing tools; ability to hook an audience within the first 2 seconds and create realistic AI content.
• Platform fluency: understand the nuances between IG Reels, You Tube Shorts, and how to repurpose content effectively.
• GTA Local preferred: remote work, but in‑person collaboration/filming in Greater Toronto Area is a plus.
• Dog lover: ability to show proof; dogs are non‑negotiable.
