• Design scalable consumer web experiences that are intuitive, conversion‑focused, and built to grow with our product portfolio.
• Develop and document a fresh design system in Figma that reflects our brand.
• Create high‑fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and production‑ready specs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and brand teams to shape solutions and ship impactful work.
• Gather user insight through usability tests, synthesize feedback, and iterate designs based on real behavior.

• High‑quality craft matters: typography, motion, and visual polish directly impact comprehension and outcomes.
• Meaningful work: designs shape how millions access diagnostic testing.
• Variety: web, brand, and design systems keep days interesting.
• Collaborative team: work with a design lead and cross‑functional partners who care about detail.

• 6+ years designing for web and mobile, with an inspiring portfolio that shows thoughtful design and a passion for craft.
• Visual design depth: mastery of typography, color, spacing, and motion.
• Design system experience: proven contribution to Figma component libraries.
• Prototyping skills: proficiency in Figma and other tools for polished deliverables.
• Modern workflow: comfort adopting AI tools into the design process.
• Clear communication: present work, give and receive feedback, and collaborate across functions.

• Healthcare or healthtech experience.
• E‑commerce or conversion‑focused design background.
• Motion design and video skills.
• Experience scaling rapidly in startups.
• Presentation design skills (Figma, Google Slides).
